i) PAYMENT DETAILS
1. Payment can be made via Paypal, ibanking or ATM transfers to Dressabelle's Maybank Account.

3. We have a 24-hour payment policy. Please make your payment within 24 hours from the time you made your purchase.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
1. We only allow payment via PAYPAL for our overseas customers.
2. Please note that there will be a 5% PayPal transaction fee which is automatically computed into the final price.

ii) SHIPPING & HANDLING

1. Delivery for Malaysia orders will usually take 2 to 3 working days to reach you. (minus Weekends and Public Holidays)
2. Wef 12 July 2017, We have items that are shipped from our warehouse overseas, it will take 5 to 7 working days to reach you. (minus Weekends and Public Holidays)

3. For International Shipping, below are the rates for your reference wef 1st June 2016:

4. Transit time is an estimate, and does not include weekends or public holidays.
5. All delivery is trackable so you do not have to worry about lost-in-mail scenarios.
6.You may be charged for taxes (customs policies, handling fees and import duties vary widely from country to country) as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel,
payment is made directly to the requesting party. Dressabelle Sdn Bhd will not be liable for such charges, if any, charged by the respective Courier / Customs / Government.
7. There will be a charge for re-delivery if the parcel is sent back to us as it was unclaimed.

 
iii) EXCHANGE/RETURNS

1. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it as long as it fulfils the following conditions:
- Item is returned within 5 working days from item receipt wef 7th January 2015.
- Item is in original condition, unwashed, and with the packaging bag and tags intact.
- Do note that accessories are not allowed for exchanges (due to hygiene purpose).
- Return/ Exchange is acknowledged and agreed by both parties (Dressabelle and customer) via email.
- Sale items are strictly NOT applicable for return & exchanges.

2. Do note that you will have to bear the costs of return shipment. If the item is shipped from overseas, the return will be to our warehouse overseas.
3. You will also be provided with an order credit in the form of balloons (valid for 90 days) or an exchange, if applicable. Dressabelle does not provide CASH REFUND.
4. Do note that balloons (order credits)/ discount codes are not refundable once they have been used. They will not be credited back on exchange/returns.
5. We will also not credit balloons (order credits) back for entirely offsetted orders previously used for exchanges
(e.g. we will not provide consecutive exchanges for a given order.) Balloons will only be credited back under special circumstances (case by case basis).
6. All return parcels are required to be posted by registered mail.


HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Depending on the case/situation, we may provide a one-to-one exchange,exchange with another item of your choice or an order credit on a case by case basis.


iv) MY BALLOONS (REWARD POINTS)

1. DSB Balloons credited to your account automatically when you make purchases on a 1-1 basis.
2. You can earn balloons by referring a friend to sign-up an account with us! Do ensure you are logged in, and then access this link to start off! You will receive 40 balloons on each successful account sign-up.
3. Do note that you will not receive any balloons should your friend not use the referral link to sign-up, or if you sent the emails without first logging in! We will not be able to resolve it and credit you in such cases!

I have balloons, how do I claim coupon codes?
4. Enter the amount you wish to claim in the field under "My Balloons" Tab. Your corresponding coupon codes will be generated on the right. If you already have items in your shopping cart at this point and wish to checkout with it, just click directly on the icon and it will auto deduct the total price from your cart. If you don't wish to claim straight-away, the coupon code will always remain in the account for later use (only valid for 90 days). The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice

What is the minimum number of balloons required to claim coupon codes?
5. The minimum amount is 20 balloons.

I am unable to key in the coupon code or there is an error.
6. Do check if you have already clicked the claim icon under the "My Balloons" tab? If so, it is already deducting from your total price, and you can see it in the checkout cart itself.
